We support order cancellation without reason, but please note that we only accept cancellation applications within 6 hours after placing the order, and we will no longer accept cancellation applications for orders that exceed 6 hours. Items that can be returned/refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

RETURN SOLUTION

OliveWigs's Responsibility:

If OliveWigs is responsible for shipping the wrong/ damages/ missing item or size, we will allow a refund. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement.

• A picture of the wrong/ damages/ missing product, and if you can, record a video for us.This'll help us make sure others don't face the same problem if there's been a mistake in the warehouse.

REFUNDS

UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund.
